For over seven years, Rowland has been serving up
some of the most deliciously creatve dishes in the
greater Richmond area. Bruce and Virginia Rowland
have created a menu that has an eclectic mix of
Southern, Asian, Mediterranean & Provence influences,
using fresh seasonal ingredients & their creative
flair.
Owner/Chef Bruce, a self-descirbed
non-conformist, believes in "elegant simplicity,
where flavor & texture always take priority."
Co-owner Virginia, Bruce's wife, is a pastry chef
extraordinaire.
Bruce is a graduate of the Culinary
Institute of America and worked for a year as chef
to Malcolm Forbes on his private yacht. Virginia
makes all of the bread, dressings & desserts in
house. Located in the heart of the historic,
trendy Fan District in Richmond, Virginia.
